I have never used anything else to pump, so don't take this as expert advice, just my experience as a beginner.
Quite a large cup, can take a few tries to get it sitting in the right position to be able to create suction. I found I had to pump quite continuously to maintain a good amount of suction, but wasn't worried about it coming off as long as I maintained a suitable position. Easy to put together and use. Quite a strange sensation if you have never tried it! At times the suction felt a little uncomfortable but pleasurable at the same time. Definitely does what it promises to.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed.
