Chose because it was vegan. Organic etc was a bonus. I really didn’t like the scent at first, but have kind of gotten used to it. Gets a little sticky after a while, as they do, but otherwise happy enough with it.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed.
